Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
- Switzerland: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Customs & Duties (Switzerland) Please note that Switzerland is not part of the European Union. Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
