Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European and Swiss legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Process Contact us at contact.everpack@gmail.com before sending any return, including your order number. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Refund Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions Personalised or unsealed items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
