1. General These Terms of Service govern the use of the EverPack website and the purchase of products offered therein. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual item.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. EverPack reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or payment failure.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website (images, text, logos) is the exclusive property of EverPack and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability EverPack shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
